Our site is directed to people residing in the United States. We do not represent that content available on or through our site is appropriate for use or available in other locations.
Eligibility and Children’s Use
Our site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of service.

How you may use material on our site
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to content posted on our site.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged (except where the content is user-generated).

No text or data mining, or web scraping
You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorize or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or any services provided via, or in relation to, our site. This includes using (or permitting, authorizing or attempting the use of):
- Any "robot", "bot", "spider", "scraper" or other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor or republish any portion of our site or any data, content, information or services accessed via the same.

The provisions in this clause constitute an express reservation of our rights under applicable copyright and contract laws, including the U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17, U.S. Code), the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), and all other applicable laws prohibiting unauthorized access, copying, or use of our content, including for purposes such as text and data mining, scraping, or training of artificial intelligence systems.
This clause will not apply insofar as (but only to the extent that) we are unable to exclude or limit text or data mining or web scraping activity by contract under the laws which are applicable to us.
Our site, its content and any services provided in relation to the same are only targeted to, and intended for use by, individuals located in the United States, (each, a Permitted Territory). By continuing to access, view or make use of our site, you hereby warrant and represent to us that you are located in a Permitted Territory. If you are not located in a Permitted Territory, you must immediately discontinue use of our site and any related content and services.
Rules about linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
We may suspend or permanently disable your access to our site if we reasonably believe you have breached this Acceptable Use section or otherwise misused the site.
Uploading content to our site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to create content directly on our site, you must comply with the standards set out in our Acceptable Use section above.
You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and you are liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our site. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not treat it as being in the public domain. Rights you are giving us to use material you upload

You may end this license at any time by removing your content from the site or by asking us to remove it. Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a resident of the United States, these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of our services will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you or we may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first becoming subject to this clause. Please send your opt-out notice to hello@edusfere.com.
If you are not a resident of the United States, these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, or in relation to, these Terms of Service, including regarding the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre in force on the date on which the Notice of Arbitration is submitted in accordance with those Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat of the arbitration shall be Zurich. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English.
